Training log, goal and calculator
The training log stores dates, hold times, assistance types and set counts in this browser's local storage when you choose to save an entry. A saved goal and session settings are stored separately in this browser only when you choose Save plan. These entries and settings are not uploaded by the tool or sent to Google Analytics. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to see them. Export, individual deletion and clear-all controls are provided in the log.
Clearing site data or switching browser profiles can remove access to your log. There is no cloud backup or account sync. The calculator uses your entries on the current page. Choosing Set up this goal keeps a temporary reviewed target in this browser long enough to open the setup tool; it does not save a plan or log entry.
Analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics on this site. It measures visits, page activity and tagged equipment-link clicks. Training-tool custom measurements use only a fixed page pathname, tool source and, where relevant, timer mode. They do not include hold times, targets, assistance, dates, log IDs, form values or full URLs. Google may process online identifiers and technical data according to its own policies. We do not describe this as completely anonymous.
You can change your choice below or in the footer. Declining prevents further measurement through this site's configured Google Analytics tag and clears its first-party analytics cookies where accessible. It does not delete data already processed by Google.
Optional email signup
If you use an email signup form, your email address is sent to Brevo to manage the subscription. The signup also records a signup date and email-sequence status. Training-log entries are not attached. Use the unsubscribe link in a received message or contact us to request removal.
The printable session planner is available directly without subscribing. A successful signup message confirms registration, not delivery to your inbox. Brevo privacy policy.
Contact messages
The contact link opens your mail app. If you send a message, we receive the content and the sender details supplied by your email service and use them to respond. Include only information needed for your enquiry.
Affiliate links

Hosting
Cloudflare serves this site and may process request information for delivery, reliability and security. This is separate from optional Google Analytics. Cloudflare privacy policy.
Requests and retention
Delete local training entries with the controls in the tool. Contact us about information sent by email or subscription forms. We will respond to applicable access, correction, deletion or objection requests. Exact analytics retention is controlled in the Google Analytics account and is not stated here without verification.
